Return, Refund & Exchange
While we sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange is easy.

Here’s how...
To cancel or exchange prior to dispatch;-
You have the right to cancel your order from the time of placing the order until receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the terms & conditions outlined below
Notify us of your intention to exchange or cancel your purchase PRIOR to receiving your order, within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply email refundmikacouture@outlook.com
Please include your order no. Name & item you wish to cancel or exchange.
If you wish to exchange please include what you would like to exchange for. Please include colour & size where applicable.
To return your order after 24 hours;-
If you wish to return an item after the 24 hours of ordering or upon receiving your item you may do so within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order no. Name & item you wish to return.
Please note you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 3 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to exchange/cancel (or), if you have failed to inform us that you wish to exchange/cancel, we must receive your returns within 4 days of your original receipt of the goods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned back to the following address within the timescale specified. To ensure safe return of your item, a tracking service is advisable, (please forward the tracking details to us).

We will then refund your purchase (minus postage) within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
If your order received free postage £5.50 will be deducted on your refund amount for a single item & £7.50 for more items.
Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they are not, we may not accept them & in turn a refund may not be given.
We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable
Purchases made at the Boutique, via WhatsApp, Social Media, Any payments made using any other method then on this site, Pre-Orders, special Order, Special-order, Online Clearance Items and sale or promotional items are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
